Since starting out in Columbia, SC as Midlands Biofuels, Green Energy Biofuel has expanded to serve clients in South Carolina, Georgia, North Carolina, and Tennessee.

Do you pay restaurants for used cooking oil?
Yes. We pay above-average rebates for every gallon we collect, mailed quarterly, and we supply our own collection bins at no cost. Some exclusions apply. Get paid for your grease
How often should a restaurant grease trap be pumped?
Most restaurant grease traps need service every one to three months, depending on the size of the trap, how much grease your kitchen produces and local ordinances. Grease trap cleaning
How fast do you respond to an emergency?
We solve issues within 72 hours of your emergency service request, guaranteed. Our trucks run six days a week.

ISCC self-declaration
The self-declarations for deliveries of used cooking oil and/or brown grease on this page are a valid part of the contract between GEB and its customers. The self-declarations will be presented to the customer either within the contract or within the terms and conditions. If the self-declarations are part of the written contract, they shall be deemed as accepted from the effective date of the contract. If the self-declarations are included in the terms and conditions, they shall be deemed as accepted if the customer does not explain his or her objection to GEB within 14 days after the terms and conditions have been presented to him or her. If the customer does not object, this will be considered as an agreement to the terms and conditions. The self-declarations will be deemed as accepted after the 14 days have passed.
International Sustainability and Carbon Certification (ISCC) aims at contributing to the implementation of environmentally, socially, and economically sustainable production and use of all kinds of biomass in global supply chains. Green Energy Biofuel supports the international sustainability efforts by assuring that all the products that come to our facilities are waste products and were not specially grown for biodiesel production.
